I am committed to providing my clients with an exceptional product and I believe good communication is essential in that process. Please read through terms carefully before placing an order.
Terms
Allergies:
EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Food safety is my biggest concern when making and decorating my products. These cookies contain dairy, gluten, wheat and other major food allergens. I bake and decorate my products in my home where other common food allergens not contained in the ingredients can be found on a daily basis and make no guarantees to the absence of cross contamination. If you are in doubt, do NOT eat my products
Price:
Base price starts at $48/dozen which includes 1 theme, up to 3 basic designs, up to 3 colors other than white and the cookies being individually sealed in clear cellophane bags. Quote will be the base price + any upcharges for more/detailed designs, more colors, airbrushing, metallics, packaging, etc. requests. Each order request is unique and requires a unique quote.
Pick Up:
Pick up is in North Olmsted usually available between the hours of 9am-7pm Mon-Friday, 9am-11am Sat/Sun. Hours may vary. If you will be more than 15 minutes early or late for your pickup, please contact me asap. I will do my best to accommodate your pickup change but do not guarantee availability.
I do not deliver or ship at this time.
Minimum Order:
My minimum order is currently 1 dozen but is subject to change.
Cancellations:
I appreciate you contacting me with cancellations as soon as possible so that I may adjust my availability and open the space to others. Cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks before due date. After that, I get started and payment is due at completion. If for some reason, such as sickness, I am unable to complete your order I will notify you ASAP to let you know. I absolutely do my best to have that not happen!
Color/Design Matching:
Matching colors or designs exactly to photos (even my own) is something I cannot promise. Each cookie is a unique piece of edible art!
Payments:
I appreciate you understanding that as of right now, I am only capable of accepting exact cash payments at pick up. I do not guarantee change availability.
